- I will sign the firm's confidentiality agreement or NDA.
- Files are exchanged only through a secure method agreed with the firm.
- Client materials are retained only as long as the engagement requires and returned or destroyed on request.
- Please do not send confidential documents through the website form.
- I use AI-assisted research and drafting tools only with the supervising attorney's knowledge and approval, and all work product is reviewed by the attorney.
